A home installation project should be fun, not a chore. We have organized the process so that communication is clear, systems are easy and fun to use and everything goes according to budget and is installed on time.
Our professional staff will provide you with all the information necessary to help you make the right home entertainment choices. We will work directly with you, your designer, architect, or builder to ensure that the process goes smoothly and that the end result is exactly what you had in mind. Whatever you need...a home theater system, a whole-house audio and video distribution system, or just a pair of speakers on your patio, you’ll find it at Audio Etc.

Step One: Education, Planning and Pre-Wiring
The first step is for a conversation to take place with one of our staff that will outline what your unique needs are and what services we can offer. This can happen in our showroom where we can demonstrate equipment or at the project location. If we meet initially at the store, a follow up visit to the project site would be next where we measure, and talk about the specifics of each room. We have experience working with a wide variety of applications, and will spend as much time as necessary to ensure that there are no major surprises along the way.
Then, if you decide to retain our services your job will then have a project manager who will be in charge of making everything go correctly. This person is your contact for questions and concerns as the job proceeds. At this point will ask for an up front deposit to get the project started.
A designer using blueprints will make sure that you have a well planned wiring infrastructure. This will provide connectivity for a variety of components with different evolving connection needs. We can work with your cabinetmaker or you can use our own qualified craftsman.

Step Two: Component Selection
The equipment that needs to be ordered is done so early on so that it will be ready for the installer when the time comes. One of our expert staff will meet with you at our store to demonstrate the components and help you design a system within your budget. Each product we sell has been meticulously selected to give the best performance in its price range. These components far exceed the quality you can find in the typical chain store. |

Step Three: Set-Up, Calibration and Tutorial
After the job is complete we do not disappear. We will make sure you are happy and should you need service we are there for you. We offer an optional program that will fine tune and train you on how to use your system.
Remember, the “tuning” of a system is just as essential as the products in the system themselves. We keep records of your job so that years later we will be able to know what you have and how it's supposed to work. As the future unfolds new technologies, we will be able to add onto your system so it never needs to become obsolete. |
